摘要
刚度性能是评价阵面骨架承载能力和雷达工作精度的重要指标,设计中常用反射面变形的均方根来衡量阵面的刚度性能,但均方根法一般只能对骨架的整体刚度进行分析,无法对局部模块的刚度及对整体刚度的贡献度进行评价。针对该问题,基于子结构应变能和均匀应变能密度的设计准则,提出子结构刚度贡献度(λ)和子结构承载系数(α)的概念,并通过这两个参数对复杂结构中子结构刚度贡献度及匹配度进行了研究。相对于传统的评价子结构刚度贡献度的差分方法,该方法具有计算效率高、适用广泛等多种优点。最后,以某一典型车载相控阵雷达为例,详细分析了箱梁子结构、T形接头子结构对阵面骨架刚度的贡献度和匹配度,并分析了阵面面板对骨架子结构刚度贡献度的影响,为阵面骨架的轻量化及承载能力提升提出了一些改进设计建议。
Stiffness performance is an important index to evaluate the bearing capacity of array framework and radar working accuracy.The mean square root of reflector deformation is often used to measure the stiffness performance of array,but the root mean square method can only analyze the overall stiffness of the framework,and can not evaluate the stiffness of local modules and their contribution to the overall stiffness.To solve this problem,the stiffness contribution of substructure(λ)and substructure bearing coefficient(α)were proposed based on the design criteria of substructure strain energy and uniform strain energy density,which has high calculation efficiency and wide application.Through this two parameters,the stiffness contribution of substructure in complex structure can be evaluated and analyzed conveniently.Finally,taking a typical vehicle mounted phased array radar as an example,the contribution and matching of the box girder substructure and T type joint substructure to the array framework were analyzed detailly,and then the influence of the array panel on the substructure stiffness contribution of the frame was analyzed.Through the analysis,some improvement design suggestions were put forward for the lightweight and bearing capacity design of the array antenna frame.
