摘要
运用三维激光扫描仪采集船舱点云空间数据,通过SCENE软件对点云数据进行去噪、平滑、压缩和拼接等数据清洗处理,保证建模精度和效率。将预处理合格的点云数据导入Geomagic Studio软件,建立点云封装模型,通过人工划分面片区域,提取模型空间轮廓线,进行曲面拟合得到船舱三维数字模型。误差分析表明,模型数据的精度满足预期要求。基于三维点云的船舱数字建模方法能够缩短现场测量时间,快速处理测量数据,提高船舶舱容计量工作效率。
The 3D laser scanner was used to collect the spatial data of the cabin point cloud,and the point cloud data was denoised,smoothed,compressed and spliced through SCENE software to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of modeling.The preprocessed point cloud data was introduced into Geomagic Studio software,the point cloud packaging model was established,and the 3D digital model of the cabin was obtained by manually dividing the patch area,extracting the spatial contour line of the model,and performing surface fitting.The error analysis showed that the accuracy of the model data met the expected requirements.The digital modeling method of ship cargo hold based on 3D point cloud could shorten the on-site measurement time,quickly process the measurement data,and improve the efficiency of ship cargo hold capacity measurement.
