摘要
近年来,随着我国科学技术与工业水平的不断普及与发展,在工业制造行业中,机械手与自动化设备的应用也越来越广泛。文中针对玻璃切割浸泡生产线的第一道工序,设计了一套自动上料取纸系统,包括系统组成与现场布局,接着对上料取纸系统的协同作业进行了分析,最后基于Matlab仿真软件对系统进行运动仿真,并对搭建的实验平台进行测试。结果证明,上料取纸系统可实现协同作业,且满足生产需要,具有实用价值。
In recent years,with the popularization of science and technology and the development of industrial level,the application of manipulator and automation equipment in industrial manufacturing industry has become more and more extensive.For the first process of glass cutting and soaking production line,an automatic feeding and paper taking system was proposed,including the system structure and on-site layout.Then,the collaborative operation of the feeding and paper taking system was analyzed.Finally,the motion simulation of the system was carried out with Matlab simulation software,and the experimental platform was tested.The results show that the feeding and paper taking system can realize collaborative operation,meet the production needs and have a certain application value.
