摘要
城乡生态融合发展,既关系人民福祉,也关乎民族未来,是“国之大者”。基于马克思主义理论考察,城乡生态融合发展遵循自然生态本质与社会经济本质的辩证统一、自然生态关系与社会经济关系的辩证统一、自然生态系统与社会经济系统的辩证统一、自然生态生产与社会经济生产的辩证统一。从中国发展实际考量,城乡生态融合发展蕴含城乡生态共富的价值追求、城乡环境正义的价值诉求、中华民族永续发展的价值担当。因此,需要在城乡“生态—经济—社会”系统融合发展的绿色框架之下研究城乡生态融合发展的实践向度,以“生态”作为城乡融合发展的纽带,促进城乡经济、政治、文化、社会全领域的绿色化转向。
The integrated development of urban and rural ecology is not only related to people's well-being,but also to the future of the nation,and it is a"great country".Based on Marxist theory,the development of urban-rural ecological integration follows the dialectical unity of natural ecological essence and socio-economic essence,natural ecological relationship and socio-economic relationship,natural ecological system and socio-economic system,and natural ecological production and socio-economic production.Considering the actual development of China,the development of urban-rural ecological integration contains the value pursuit of urban-rural ecological common prosperity,the value appeal of urban-rural environmental justice and the value responsibility of the Chinese nation's sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the practical dimension of urban-rural ecological integration development under the green framework of urban-rural"ecological-economic-social"system integration development,and take"ecology"as the link of urban-rural integration development to promote the green transformation of urban-rural economy,politics,culture and society.
