摘要
国有资产保值增值是国有企业的首要职责。从梳理实物资产管理的薄弱点出发,以M设计院实物资产管理优化实践为案例,通过建制度、明职责、强预算、重考核等顶层设计,利用全员化、标准化、信息化、流程化等手段,建立起贯穿实物资产全生命周期的精益化管理体系,并对其经验进行总结分享。
State-owned assets preservation and value-added are the primary responsibilities of state-owned enterprises.This paper starts from the weak points of combing physical asset management,and takes the practice of optimizing the optimization of physical asset management of the M design institute as the case.Through the top-level design such as the establishment of the system,the responsibilities,the strong budget,and the reassessment for such means,establish a lean management system throughout the life cycle of physical assets,and summarize and share their experiences.
