BIM技术在绿色民宿建设中的应用前景分析

摘要 本文首先介绍绿色民宿的概念及其设计理念,接着阐述BIM技术的基本原理、技术特点、应用现状和发展趋势等。进而探讨BIM技术在绿色民宿建设中的应用前景,主要包括建筑全寿命周期各阶段的应用、技术视角、可持续发展等方面。最后探讨在数据管理和集成、协作和沟通、技术成本和实用性等方面BIM技术在绿色民宿建设应用面临的挑战。 This article first introduces the concept and design philosophy of green homestays,and then elaborates on the basic principles,technical characteristics,application status,and development trends of BIM technology.Furthermore,it explores the application prospects of BIM technology in the construction of green homestays,mainly including the application in various stages of the building life cycle,technical perspectives,sustainable development and other aspects.Finally,it discusses the challenges that BIM technology faces in the application of green homestay construction,such as data management and integration,collaboration and communication,technical costs and practicality.
