摘要
现阶段基建项目建设作为高校建设发展的重要组成部分,是各个高校建设的重点。结算过程的把控决定着项目能否把资金控制在概算批复的金额内。以某高校文体中心项目为例,对结算情况进行概述,并结合高校基础建设项目的特点与管理现状,对造成结算困难及超支的原因进行分析,并提出相应解决思路,为高校基建管理提供参考。
Infrastructure Projects as an critical components of University construction and development,concerned by colleges and universities.Whether the fund can be controlled within the approved amount of budget depends on the control of settlement.This paper takes a Sports Center Project of a university as an example,overview the settlement of this project,analyzes the reasons of settlement difficulties and overspending of fund,combining the characteristics and management status of university infrastructure projects,then puts forward corresponding solutions,and provide reference for the capital construction management of colleges and universities.
