摘要
目的:研究女性不孕症中子宫输卵管造影的诊断价值。方法:取62例不孕症女性患者作为研究对象,均行子宫输卵管造影术,观察患者子宫造影情况、输卵管造影情况及造影并发症。结果:45例子宫形态正常(72.58%),17例子宫异常;35例输卵管畅通(56.45%),27例输卵管不畅(13.21%),其中11例输卵管堵塞;47例出现下腹疼痛症状(75.81%),27例出现阴道出血症状(43.55%),3例出现肠胃道反应症状(4.84%),2例出现发热症状(3.23%),1例静脉回流(1.62%)。经随访,30例患者在输卵管造影1年内成功自然怀孕,占比46.15%。结论:子宫输卵管造影术在女性不孕症诊断中具有较高价值,能显示患者子宫形态、输卵管走形,为临床判断输卵管形态异常提供科学依据,同时有助于提高怀孕率。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography in female infertility.Methods:62 cases of infertile women were selected as the study subjects,and all of them underwent hys⁃terosalpingography.The hysterosalpingography,fallopian tube radiography and complications of hystero⁃salpingography were observed.Results:45 cases(72.58%)had normal uterine morphology and 17 cases had abnormal uterine morphology;35 cases of fallopian tube unobstruction(56.45%),27 cases of fallo⁃pian tube obstruction(13.21%),including 11 cases of fallopian tube blocked;47 cases had lower abdomi⁃nal pain symptoms(75.81%),27 cases had vaginal bleeding symptoms(43.55%),3 cases had gastrointes⁃tinal reaction symptoms(4.84%),2 cases had fever symptoms(3.23%),and 1 case had venous reflux(1.62%).After follow-up,30 patients(46.15%)successfully became pregnant naturally within one year af⁃ter salpingography.Conclusion:Hysterosalpingography is of high value in the diagnosis of female infertil⁃ity.It can show the shape of the uterus and the shape of the fallopian tube,provide scientific basis for the clinical judgment of the abnormal shape of the fallopian tube,and help to improve the pregnancy rate.
