摘要
北部湾港作为西部陆海新通道重要出海口,具有政策、区位、交通等多方面优势。近年来,北部湾港海铁联运发展迅速,但仍存在港口后方通道尚不完善、港口辐射范围相对较小、运输组织效率低等问题。对北部湾港海铁联运发展策略进行分析,提出优化完善通道布局的方案,以及提升运输服务水平的措施建议,对北部湾港海铁联运发展具有借鉴意义。
As an important seaport for the new Western Land-Sea Corridor,Beibu Gulf Port has multiple advantages in terms of policies,location,transportation,and more.In recent years,the sea-rail intermodal transport at Beibu Gulf Port has developed rapidly.However,there are still problems such as incomplete transportation channels behind the port,relatively small port radiation range,and low transportation organization efficiency.By ana-lyzing the development strategy of sea-rail intermodal transport at Beibu Gulf Port,we propose a scheme to optimize and improve the layout of transporta-tion channels,as well as measures to enhance transportation services,which can provide valuable references for the development of sea-rail intermodal transport at Beibu Gulf Port.
