摘要
在自动变速箱设计中,液压离合器作为重要部件,其动作时间在换挡平顺的前提下,要求尽可能的短,以提高换挡效率和液压离合器的使用寿命。以某型号自动变速箱的单个液压离合器为例,进行了结构与工作性能的仿真分析,初步获得满足要求的设计参数,并以此参数加工离合器样件,通过在离合器测试台上测试动作时间,验证了仿真结果的正确性,对于自动变速箱的设计开发具有指导意义。
As an important component in the design of automatic transmission,the consumed time of hydraulic clutch action should be as short as possible to improve the efficiency of shifting and the service life of the clutch,under the premise of smooth shifting.Takeing a single hydraulic clutch of certain type automatic transmission as an example,we investigate the structure and working principle of the clutch.Then we make a simulation analysis and obtain the design parameters of the clutch,which meet the designed requirements.Based on these parameters,we produce a prototype clutch..By testing the action time on the clutch test bench,we verify the correctness of the simulation results.It shows that the results of this paper can be seen as a guidance for the design and development of automatic transmission.
