摘要
为研究有缆智能配水器密封用O形圈在高温高压工况条件下各密封参数的变化规律,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,分析不同摩擦系数、沟槽倒角、沟槽底圆、压缩率、密封间隙对O形圈有效应力的影响规律。采用正交试验对五种密封参数作用下的O形圈最大有效应力进行极差分析。结果表明:O形圈最大有效应力随摩擦系数、密封间隙增大而增大,随沟槽倒角、压缩率增大而先减小后增大,随沟槽底圆增大而呈现波动现象且波动范围很小;影响O形圈最大有效应力的主要因素从大到小依次为摩擦系数、密封间隙、沟槽倒角、压缩率和沟槽底圆。采用优化密封参数后的有缆智能配水器目前已成功应用90余井次,密封效果良好,目前皆处于正常运转状态。
In order to study the change rule of sealing parameters of O-ring for intelligent water distributor with cable under high temperature and high pressure conditions,ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to analyze the effect of different friction coefficient,groove chamfer,groove bottom circle,compression ratio and sealing clearance on the effective stress of O-ring.The maximum effective stress of O-ring under five sealing parameters is analyzed by orthogonal test.The results show that the maximum effective stress of the O-ring increases with the increase of friction coefficient and seal clearance,decreases first and then increases with the increase of groove chamfer and compression ratio,and fluctuates with the increase of groove bottom circle and the fluctuation range is very small;The main factors affecting the maximum effective stress of the O-ring from the largest to the smallest are the friction coefficient,sealing clearance,groove chamfer,compression ratio and groove bottom circle.The cabled intelligent water distributor with optimized sealing parameters has been successfully applied for more than 90 wells,with good sealing effect and is in normal operation at present.
