摘要
通过档案数据的数字化管理,可以实现档案信息的快速查询、检索和共享,避免传统纸质档案管理中的繁琐、低效问题。因此,相关从业者基于“教育信息化2.0”宏观背景,立足于物联网视角,全面审视高校档案数据特征,分析高校档案信息化管理所面临的挑战,并从管理方式、数据安全、服务水平三个层面,尝试制定切实可行的高校档案数据管理策略,以期为提升高校档案管理信息化水平提供帮助。
Through the digitalized management of archival data,the rapid query,retrieval,and sharing of archival information can be achieved,avoiding the cumbersome and inefficient issues in traditional paper archival management.Therefore,the relevant practitioners,based on the macro background of"Education Informatization 2.o"and under the perspective of Internet of Things,examine comprehensively the characteristics of university archival data,analyze the challenges faced on the information management of university archive,and try to develop the practical and feasible strategies for university archival data management from three aspects:Management methods,data security,and service level,in order to provide assistance for improving the informatization level of university archival management.
