摘要
对比研究了明胶、聚乙烯醇水性黏结剂和聚偏氟乙烯黏结剂对锂离子电池性能的影响。充放电测试表明,采用明胶和聚乙烯醇两种水性黏结剂制备的电池,在循环过程中其比容量都出现上升的趋势。特别是以明胶为黏结剂的电池,其首次放电比容量为126.5 mAh/g,19次循环后增至136.7 mAh/g。当明胶含量为10%时,发现了正极复合材料表面结构的一些新特性。
The effects of gelatin,polyvinyl alcohol aqueous binder and polyvinylidene fluoride binder on the performance of lithium ion batteries are studied.The charge-discharge tests show that the specific capacity of the battery prepared by gelatin and polyvinyl alcohol increases during the cycle.Especially for the battery with gelatin as binder,its initial discharge specific capacity is 126.5 mAh/g,and increases to 136.7 mAh/g after 19 cycles.When the gelatin content is 10%,some new characteristics of the surface structure of the cathode composite are found.
