摘要
事业单位在运行发展过程中形成类型多样的档案资料,档案反映了单位的工作内容及运行状况,具有较高的利用价值。近年来,事业单位虽然已经认识到档案管理信息化建设的必要性,但在信息化建设实践中还面临着较多的难题。针对这种情况,事业单位要进一步明确档案管理信息化建设目标,完善相关机制体系,加快档案管理信息化建设进程,以便更好地管理和利用档案资料。
In the process of operation and development,public institutions form various types of archival data,which reflect the work content and operation status of the institution,and have high utilization value.In recent years,although public institutions have realized the necessity of archive management informatization,they still face many problems in the practice of informatization construction.In view of this situation,public institutions should further clarify the goals of archive management informatization construction,improve relevant mechanisms and systems,and accelerate the process of archive management informatization construction,so as to better manage and use archives.
