摘要
本文基于广东技术师范大学研究的深层水泥搅拌桩止水帷幕施工技术,对编制深层水泥搅拌桩止水帷幕方案的依据展开研究,并提出了具体的施工方案,阐述了施工部署、项目管理人员架构、施工技术方案、安全生产等内容。在此基础上,进一步讨论了水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺施工的关注要点,涉及工艺实施、施工影响因素、沉降观测与质量检验、喷射混凝土前的隐检工作以及搅拌环节中的注意事项等方面,以期为后续相关工程项目的展开提供参考。
Based on the construction technology of deep cement mixing pile waterproof curtain investigated by Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University,this paper studies the basis for compiling the deep cement mixing pile waterproof curtain scheme,proposes a specific construction scheme,and expounds the construction deployment,project management personnel structure,construction technical scheme,safety production and other contents.On this basis,the key points of cementsoil mixing pile construction process construction are further discussed,involving process implementation,construction influencing factors,settlement observation and quality inspection,hidden risk inspection before spraying concrete and precautions in the mixing link,so as to provide reference for the development of subsequent related engineering projects.
