摘要
随着改革开放和经济发展的节奏加快,商业酒店开发成为城市形象的展示项目之一。本文通过介绍实际开发项目,对商业酒店规划设计管控要点展开分析,做好前期规划方案的设计、深化与推进,并结合项目特点,完善落实地块功能的协同搭接,把控商业酒店与住宅联动开发的节奏,优化各项机电设计,最终使商业酒店项目的开发取得预期效益。希望本文可为相关工程开展提供借鉴。
As the reform and opening-up and economic developmentpaceaccelerates,the government puts forward higher requirements for the development of commercial hotels in image projects.This paper introduces the actual development projects,analyzes the key points of commercial hotel planning and design control,performs wellin the design,deepening and promotion of the preliminary planning scheme,and combines withthe characteristics of the project to implement the synergic construction and connection of land functions,control the paceof the joint development of commercial hotels and residences,optimize various mechanical and electrical designs,and finally achieve the expected benefits from the development of commercial hotel projects.This paperis hoped to provide reference for the development of related projects.
