摘要
技术融合为产业技术升级提供了新思路,然而对于技术融合的研究往往忽略了产业用纺织品领域。文章基于“重点产业专利信息服务平台”的专利数据,结合社会网络与链路预测方法,对产业用纺织品领域的技术融合现状、未来发展热点与趋势进行深入研究。结果表明:跨领域技术融合在产业用纺织品领域内的应用日益广泛,并主要集中在作业与运输、纺织与造纸及固定建筑物三大领域,其中分离、制作化学长丝、线、纤维、鬃或带子的机械方法或设备等技术在技术融合过程中扮演重要角色;纤维材料在航空航天等领域的应用与高品质非织造布、土木建筑用纺织品的应用是未来值得关注的方向。
With the advent of Industry 4.0,exchanges and cooperation between different technologies have become more frequent.The emergence of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality has brought opportunities and challenges to traditional industries.The textile industry,as a pillar industry in China,has been restricted in its development due to increasing labor costs and intensifying market competition.Industrial textiles,as an important part of China’s textile industry,currently focus on improving eight major areas including high-quality nonwovens,safety and emergency rescue textiles,high-performance aerospace textiles,and medical and health textiles.Their excellent structure and diverse functions can meet the demand for advanced textile materials in new materials and new energy.At the same time,the textile industry as a whole is rapidly developing toward functionalization,intelligence,and greening.By exploring the evolution and development trend of cross-field technology convergence in industrial textiles,we can grasp the main development directions in this field and identify areas where breakthrough innovations may be generated in the future.We obtained a total of 6561 valid patent data from 1985 to 2019 based on the“Key Industry Patent Information Service Platform”.The data were divided into three stages according to the growth rate and distribution trend.By using UCINET and the social network analysis method,co-occurrence networks of industrial textile patents were constructed at three different stages.The IPC patent number was used as the node of the network and the co-occurrence relationship between the two patents was used as the edge of the network.The specific shape and distribution of the network were graphically shown.Based on the constructed patent co-existence network,three macro-measurement indicators:network density,network central potential,and network clustering coefficient were calculated to explore the overall situation and characteristics of the network.Two micro-measu
