浒苔多糖与蛋氨酸双重螯合有机微量元素对白羽肉鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化指标、免疫功能和粪便中微量元素含量的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究浒苔多糖与蛋氨酸双螯合有机微量元素铜、铁、锰、锌对白羽肉鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化指标、免疫指标和粪便中微量元素含量的影响。选取1日龄AA白羽肉鸡(公鸡)448羽随机分为4组,分别为对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ,每组设置8个重复,每个重复14羽。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮+1000 g/t无机微量元素;试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别在基础日粮中添加200 g/t、400 g/t、600 g/t双螯合有机微量元素,试验周期42 d。结果表明,各组间日均采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),各阶段试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组Ⅰ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。1~21 d阶段试验组Ⅲ的料重比比对照组显著低0.11(P<0.05);22~42 d阶段3个试验组的料重比都显著低于对照组(P<0.05);1~42 d全程各试验组均低于对照组,其中试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组的死亡率与对照组相比均差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ粪便中的Cu、Fe、Mn和Zn元素含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。21 d时试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ的TAOC、GSH-Px与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);各组间SOD差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的MDA显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。42 d时试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的T-AOC、SOD指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各组间GSH-Px数据差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ的MDA指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。21 d时试验组Ⅲ的TNF-α与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),其余各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的IgA、IgG以及补体C3显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ的IgM与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。42 d时试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的TNF-α、IgA、IgM、IgG以及补体C3均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of enteromorpha polysaccharides and methionine double-chelated organic trace elements copper,iron,manganese,and zinc on the production performance,serum antioxidant indexes,immune indexes and trace element contents in feces of white-feathered broilers.A total of 4481-day-old AA white-feathered broiler chickens(male)were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely control group,test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand test groupⅢ,and each group was set in 8 replicates,with 14 birds in each replicate.Among them,the control group was fed with basal diet+1000 g/t inorganic trace elements;the test groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢadded 200 g/t,400 g/t,600 g/t double chelated organic trace elements to the basal diet,respectively.the test period was 42 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the groups in the data of daily average feed intake(P>0.05),and the average daily gain of each stage of the test group III and test group II were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between groupⅠand control group(P>0.05).In the material-to-weight ratio,the experimental group III was significantly lower than the control group by 0.11 in the 1~21 d stage(P<0.05);the three experimental groups were significantly lower than the control group in the 22~42 d stage(P<0.05);All test groups were lower than the control group,among which the test groupⅡand test groupⅢwere significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of mortality,there was significant difference between each experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Trace element content Cu,Fe,Mn and Zn in feces of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).T-AOC and GSH-Px,test groupⅡ,Ⅲand the control group had significant differences at 21 days(P<0.05);SOD data showed no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05);MDA,test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)
