摘要
为明确不同的有机溶剂对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的致死活性,筛选出对斜纹夜蛾幼虫毒性较小的有机溶剂。采用饲料混毒法对比石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙醇、甲醇、乙酸乙酯这5种有机溶剂对斜纹夜蛾幼虫存活率的影响。结果显示,5种有机溶剂都能显著影响斜纹夜蛾幼虫的存活率,且随着时间的增加,斜纹夜蛾幼虫的死亡率也会增加,这5种有机溶剂对幼虫的致死率从大到小依次:乙酸乙酯>乙醇>甲醇>二氯甲烷>石油醚。结果表明,上述5种有机溶剂对斜纹夜蛾幼虫具有一定的毒害作用,在5种测试的有机溶剂中,对斜纹夜蛾幼虫毒性最小的是石油醚,可以选择其进行斜纹夜蛾幼虫的相关胃毒实验,对幼虫毒性最大的是乙酸乙酯,不建议用于斜纹夜蛾幼虫的相关胃毒实验。
In order to determine the lethal activity of different organic solvents to Spodoptera litura larvae,the organic solvents with less toxicity to Spodoptera litura larvae were selected.The effects of five organic solvents,petroleum ether,dichloromethane,ethanol,methanol and ethyl acetate,on the survival rate of Spodoptera litura larvae were compared by the method of feed mixing.The results showed that the five organic solvents could significantly affect the survival rate of Spodoptera litura larvae,and the mortality rate of Spodoptera litura larvae also increased with the increase of time.The lethal rates of the five organic solvents to the larvae were as follows:ethyl acetate>ethanol>meth anol>dichloromethane>petroleum ether.The results showed that the five organic solvents mentioned above had certain toxic effects on Spodoptera litura larvae.Among the five organic solvents tested,petroleum ether was the least toxic to Spodoptera litura larvae,which could be selected for the relevant gastric toxicity test of Spodoptera litura larvae,and ethyl acetate was the most toxic to larvae,which was not recommended for the relevant gastric toxicity test of Spodoptera litura larvae.
