摘要
《建筑给水排水设计标准》(GB50015一2019)明确集中热水供应系统应设热水循环系统,热水配水点出热水时间:公共建筑不应大于10s,居住建筑不应大于15s。局部热水供应系统未明确热水等待时间,通过模拟不同长度的热水管道,计算住宅局部热水供应系统的热水等待时间,结果表明:当最远处热水用水点距离水加热装置的管道长度大于5m时,设置热水循环泵及循环管可达到热水等待时间不大于15s的效果,提高用水舒适性的同时节约水资源。热水循环泵的设置位置根据项目实际情况进行确定,热水循环泵可通过延时开关、温度传感器等自控元件就地控制或远程控制。
Standard for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage(GB 50015-2019)olaraaraj estgno Duttatnga oupptyarto ratnageGDooolo clarifies that the centralized hot water supply system should be equipped with a hot water circulation system,and the time for hot water to flow out of the hot water distribution point:no more than 10 seconds for public buildings and no more than 15 seconds for residential buildings.However,the hot water waiting time of local hot water supply system is not specify.By simulating hot water pipes of different lengths,the hot water waiting time of residential local hot water supply system is calculated.The results show that when the length of pipe between the farthest hot water point and the water heating device is greater than 5 m,setting hot water circulating pump and circulating pipe can achieve the effect of hot water waiting time not more than 15 seconds,improve water comfort and save water resources.The setting position of the hot water circulating pump is determined according to the actual situation of the project.The hot water circulating pump can be controlled locally or remotely manually through automatic control elements such as delay switches and temperature sensors.
