摘要
实施农村饮水工程建设,让广大农民群众都吃上安全、便利的自来水,是关系到人民群众切身利益的问题。为此,结合孟州市老库区供水管网连通工程建设及运维管理实践案例展开分析。研究表明,在扩大南水北调水源覆盖范围为孟州市城乡居民提供优质南水北调水的大背景下,老库区供水管网连通工程从城乡供水一体化工程的主管网接水,向新屯村、南那村等11个行政村输送优质地表水,取代原有地下水水源。通过实施水源置换,系统开展老库区供水管网连通工程建设及运维管理服务,工程建设及运维实践经验可为类似移民项目建设借鉴参考。
The implementation of rural safe drinking water project construction can make the broad masses of farmers have access to safe and convenient tap water,which is related to the vital interests of the people.Therefore,the practice case of the construction and operation and maintenance management in the old reservoir area of Mengzhou City is analyzed.Studies show that under the background of expanding the coverage of South-to-North water transfer for Mengzhou urban and rural residents to provide high-quality water,the water supply network connecting project of the old reservoir area receives water from the main network of the urban-rural water supply integration project,and transports high-quality surface water to 1l administrative villages such as Xintun Village and Nana Village,replacing the original groundwater source.Through the implementation of water supply network connection in the old reservoir area are systematically carried out.The practical experience of engineering construction,operation and maintenance can be used as reference for the construction of similar immigration projects.
