摘要
为实现阿克陶县灌区水资源高效利用及开展农田水利设施的科学管理,在掌握研究区农田水利设施现状的基础上,针对现存问题提出合理化建议。结论如下:研究区目前已逐步形成了引、输、灌、排为一体的农田水利工程;但仍存在水利工程冲砂效果不佳、渠道淤积严重、支渠覆盖率和防渗率较低、信息化和管理欠缺等问题;今后应加强农田水利设施的科学管理、推动水量水价改革、科学开展农田水利规划的实施落实及灌区盐碱化治理。
In order to realize the efficient utilization of water resources and scientific management of farmland water conservancy facilities in Aketao irrigation area,through field survey and data collection,on the basis of mastering the current situation of farmland water conservancy facilities in the study area,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the existing problems.The conclusions are as follows:The research area has gradually formed an integrated agricultural water conservancy project of water diversion,water conveyance,irrigation,and drainage.However,there are some problems such as poor sand washing ffect of water conservancy projects,serious channel siltation,low coverage and seepage prevention rate of branch canals,lack of information and management,etc.In the future,we should strengthen the scientific management of farmland water conservancy facilities,promote the reform of water volume and water price,scientifically carry out the implementation of farmland water conservancy planning,and control salinization in irrigation areas.
