摘要
目的观察参茸白凤丸干预阳虚质亚健康状态的临床疗效及安全性。方法给予符合阳虚质亚健康状态的30例受试者参茸白凤丸干预,以14 d为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程,对比干预前、干预中(2周)、干预后(4周)的健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分、自身感受变化情况以及不良反应发生率。结果用药后,SF-36表中8个维度评分均高于用药前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。90.0%(27/30)的受试者报告用药后身体情况有所改善;16.7%(5/30)的受试者报告有轻微上火的不良反应症状,停药后症状消失。结论参茸白凤丸具有改善阳虚质亚健康状态的临床效果。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenrong Baifeng Pills in intervening sub-health state with yang deficiency.Methods 30 subjects with sub-health of yang deficiency received Shenrong Baifeng pills,with 14 days as a course of treat-ment and took the pills in two courses continuously.The score of health status questionnaire(SF-36),the change of self-feeling and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared before intervention,during intervention(2 Weeks)and after intervention(4 weeks).Results In the 8 dimensions of the SF-36,all the scores after medication were higher than before and all the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).90.0%(27/30)of the subjects reported that their physical condition had improved after taking the pills,16.7%(5/30)of them reported adverse reaction symptoms of slight excessive internal heat.Conclusion Shenrong Baifeng pills can im-prove the sub-health state with yang deficiency.
