摘要
目的探讨采用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗脑动脉供血不足患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年3月—2020年11月期间,南昌市洪都中医院接收治疗的100例脑动脉供血不足患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为常规组(给予常规西药治疗)和研究组(给予常规西药联合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗),每组50例。分析对比2组治疗前后血液流变指标(红细胞比容、血浆黏度、血沉、全血黏度)、椎基底动脉(基底动脉、右椎动脉、左椎动脉)血流速度以及总有效率。结果经治疗,研究组的血液流变指标低于常规组(P<0.05),研究组的椎基底动脉血流速度均高于常规组(P<0.05),研究组的治疗总有效率96%(48/50)明显高于常规组的82%(41/50)(P<0.05)。结论将半夏白术天麻汤加减应用于脑动脉供血不足患者的治疗中,能有效改善患者的血液流变指标,提高椎基底动脉的血流速度,效果显著,应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on cerebral artery insufficiency.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cerebral artery insufficiency who received treatment in Hongdu hospital of TCM from March 2019 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into conven-tional group which adopted conventional western medicine treatment and research group which adopted conventional western medicine combined with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction treatment,with 50 patients in each group.Hemorheological indexes include hematocrit,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and whole blood viscosity,blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in-clude basilar artery,right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery and total effective rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the hemorheological indexes of the research group were lower and the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery was higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 96%(48/50),which was significantly higher than 82%(41/50)of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modi-fied Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can effectively improve the hemorheological indexes and the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasi-lar artery in the treatment of cerebral artery insufficiency.It has significant curative effect and high application value.
