摘要
《张聿青医案·卷十五》载有耳鼻咽喉医案共26例59诊,从脏腑经络、阴阳气血等角度辨证,论治精详,多有创见。张氏重视整体观念,每寓医理于医案之中,突出从脏腑调治五官杂病的必要性。通过归纳《张聿青医案·卷十五》耳病、鼻渊、咽喉(附失音)3篇26例医案的证型和用药规律,总结出张氏由肝论治耳鸣,以辛散宣肺、清热利湿法治疗鼻渊,从实热、虚热、寒郁化热辨证咽喉病的临床经验,以期为治疗五官杂病及研究张聿青学术思想提供参考。
Zhang Yuqing’s Medical Records Volume 15 contains 26 cases of 59 diagnosis times about otolaryngology clinical records,which are based on syndrome differentiation from the perspectives of zang-fu,meridians,yin-yang,qi-blood,with detailed treatment and creative ideas.Zhang Yuqing attaches great importance to holistic concept,integrating principles of medical science into medical re-cords,and highlights the necessity of treating miscellaneous diseases of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology from zang-fu.By sum-ming up the syndrome types and medication rules of 26 medical cases of ear disease,nasosinusitis and throat disease(attached aphonia)in Volume 15 of Zhang Yuqing’s Medical Records,this paper concluded Zhang Yuqing’s clinical experience of treating tinnitus from the liver,treating nasosinusitis by diffusing the lung with acrid herbs,clearing heat and removing dampness,and syndrome differentiation of throat disease from excess heat,deficiency heat and transformation of stagnated cold into heat,in order to provide reference for the treat-ment of miscellaneous diseases of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology and the study of Zhang Yuqing’s academic thought.
