摘要
目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者采用手术室全期护理联合人文关怀的临床效果。方法:选择2019年2月—2021年2月河南省直第三人民医院收治的84例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,其中2019年2月—2020年2月期间行常规护理的42例患者为对照组,2020年3月—2021年2月期间行手术室全期护理联合人文关怀的42例患者为观察组,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:干预前,两组患者的负面情绪评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.683、8.173,P>0.05);干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.974、9.671,P<0.05)。观察组的引流管拔除、首次下床活动、首次肛门排气、肠道恢复以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.393、9.112、5.093、7.973、8.643,P<0.05)。观察组的手术室护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.398、9.064、6.497、7.395、10.754,P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.973,P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用人文关怀联合手术室全期护理对恶性肿瘤患者进行护理干预,不仅能够使患者负面情绪减轻,还有助于手术护理质量的提高,改善患者预后。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of using total operating room care combined with humanistic care for patients with malignant tumors.Methods:84 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the hospital from February 2019-February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,42 patients who performed conventional care from February 2019 to February 2020 were the control group,and 42 patients who performed full operating room care combined with humanistic care from March 2020 to February 2021 were the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the negative mood scores of the two groups(t=0.683,8.173,P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=1.974,9.671,P<0.05).The observation group had shorter drainage tube removal,first bed activity,first anal discharge,bowel recovery,and hospitalization time than the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.393,9.112,5.093,7.973,8.643,P<0.05).The observation group had higher quality of operating room care scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=6.398,9.064,6.497,7.395,10.754,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.973,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of humanistic care combined with total operating room care for patients with malignant tumors can not only make the patients’negative emotions lessen,but also help improve the quality of surgical care and improve the prognosis of patients.
