SPC统计过程控制是应用统计技术对制造过程进行评估和监控的一种方法。简要介绍了统计过程控制和产品稳定性控制,对SPC信息化管理在各研发阶段的需求和应用进行探讨,在企业新产品信息化研发管理平台导入该工具模板,通过对研发生产过程进行科学管理,实现全流程稳定控制,确保最终产品性能稳定。
SPC statistical process control is a method of applying statistical techniques to evaluate and monitor manufacturing processes.It briefly introduces statistical process control and product stability control,discusses the needs and applications of SPC information management in various R&D stages,and imports the tool template in the enterprise's new product information-based R&D management platform to achieve whole-process stability control and ensure stable performance of the final product through scientific management of the R&D production process.
