金刚石粒度及添加量对大气环境感应钎涂层耐磨性的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Size and Content on the Wear Resistance of Induction Brazing Diamond Coating in Air

摘要 金刚石是自然界中最坚硬的物质,因其具有良好的耐磨性能,广泛应用于切削、磨削等行业。利用钎涂技术制备金刚石工具,具有独特优势。钎涂层中的金刚石粒度及添加量是影响涂层耐磨性的关键因素,为此,试验研究金刚石添加量及粒度对大气环境感应钎涂层界面组织及耐磨性的影响规律,探讨金刚石钎涂层的耐磨机制。结果表明,Cr元素在金刚石微粒/Ni基钎料合金界面处形成了宽度约2μm的富集带。当金刚石添加量达到15%时,可原位生成一定比例的碳化物,且碳化物类型为Cr7C3。同质量分数添加金刚石微粒(210~280μm)的钎涂层耐磨性要优于添加颗粒(700~840μm)的钎涂层。对于添加不同含量金刚石微粒的钎涂层而言,金刚石添加量为20%时涂层耐磨性最优,当金刚石添加量超过20%,耐磨性不增反降。钎涂层中金刚石在磨损过程中,呈现完整、钝化、裂纹、破碎、脱落等形式。 Diamond is the hardest material in nature.Because of its good wear resistance,it is widely used in cutting,grinding and other industries.Using brazing technology to prepare diamond tools has unique advantages.The diamond content and particle size in the brazing coating are the key factors affecting the wear resistance of brazing diamond.Therefore,the effects of diamond size and content on the interface structure and wear resistance of induction brazing coating in air were studied,and their wear resistance mechanism was discussed.The results show that Cr element forms a width of 2μm enrichment zone at the interface between diamond particles and Ni based solder alloy.When the addition of diamond reaches 15%,the proportion of Cr7C3 carbide in nickel base brazing coating reaches the maximum.Under the test conditions,the wear resistance of brazing coating with the fraction of diamond particles(210-280μm)is better than that with particles(841/707μm).With the increase of diamond content,the wear resistance of diamond brazing coating becomes better.When the diamond content is 20%,the wear resistance of coating is the best.When the diamond content exceeds 20%,the wear resistance decreases.During the wear process,diamonds are forms of integrity,passivation,cracking,breaking and falling off.
