三相逆变电源相间短路暂态响应分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 为实现三相逆变电源相间短路过程中输出电压电流的定量分析,首先在三相逆变电源复频域模型的基础上,建立了三相逆变电源相间短路复频域模型;然后,利用三相逆变电源结构与回路电压电流方程,求解了电路中电感电流、电容电压与桥臂中点电压的初始状态。在相间短路复频域模型与关键电气变量初始状态的基础上,利用拉普拉斯反变换建立了相间短路解析模型,求解了故障线电压跌落的暂态全响应原函数与短路冲击电流幅值;最后,对解析模型进行了简化,提出三相逆变电源相间短路简化模型,并将模型结果与Matlab Simulink模型仿真结果进行了比较,验证了所提出的暂态响应模型计算结果的准确性。 Aiming at the quantitative analysis of output voltage and current during the phase short cir-cuit of the three-phase inverter power supply,firstly,based on the three-phase inverter power supply complex frequency domain model,a three-phase inverter power supply phase-to-phase short circuit complex frequency domain model was established.Then,the initial states of inductor current,capaci-tor voltage and bridge arm midpoint voltage in the circuit were confirmed using the three-phase inver-ter power supply structure and circuit voltage and current equations.Based on the phase-to-phase short circuit complex frequency domain model and the initial states of key electrical variables,an ana-lytical model of the phase-to-phase short circuit was established by using Laplace inverse transform to solve the transient full response function and short circuit inrush current amplitude of the fault line voltage drop.Finally,the analytical model was simplified and a simplified model of the phase-to-phase short circuit of the three-phase inverter power supply was proposed,and the model results were com-pared with the Matlab Simulink model.The accuracy of the proposed transient response model was verified.
