摘要
以上海S2公路-海港大道立交匝道新建工程预制立柱空腔承托安装工程为实例,介绍了桥梁空腔承托预制立柱拼装技术的实际应用,采用特制箱型截面吊耳进行吊装,避免了空腔承托预制立柱采用常规吊装方式时空腔薄壁易损坏的问题,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the precast column cavity support installation project of Shanghai S2 Highway-Harbor Avenue interchange ramp as an example,the practical application of bridge cavity support precast column prefabrication technology is introduced and special box section shaped lugs for lifting are adopted,avoiding the problem of cavity support precast column easily damaged by the thin wall of the cavity when using the conventional lfting method,which has a certain reference for similar projects,and has certain reference significance for similar projects.
