摘要
目的通过实践研究探讨综合法结合情景模拟在针灸临床技能实训中的教学效果。方法对内蒙古医科大学2018级针灸推拿本科1、2班学生共77人实施综合法结合情景模拟的教学方法,通过问卷星对学生的满意度进行调查。结果80%左右的学生对于课前功法练习、课前接龙背诵、临床情景模拟剧较为满意,60.87%的同学认为填写针灸技能实训手册有意义。结论综合法结合情景模拟的教学方式在针灸临床技能实训的教学中得到了大部分学生的认可,但仍然存在很多问题需要改进。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of comprehensive method combined with scene simulation in acupuncture clinical skill training through practical research.Methods Comprehensive method combined with scene simulation was implemented for 77 students in class 1 and 2 of 2018 major in acupuncture and massage in Inner Mongolia Medical University.Students'satisfaction survey was conducted by questionnaire.Results About 80%of the students were satisfied with pre-class skill practice,continuous recitation before class and clinical scene simulation drama.60.87%of the students thought it was meaningful to fill in the acupuncture skill training manual.Conclusion Comprehensive method combined with scene simulation has been recognized by most students in acupuncture and moxibustion clinical skill training.However,there are still many problems to deal with.
