摘要
随着我国高速公路的发展,独墩预应力盖梁被广泛应用到高速公路及市政桥梁工程中。文章以金沙江特大桥2#墩大悬臂盖梁施工为背景,重点阐述了独墩大悬臂盖梁施工工艺及施工要点。2#墩盖梁底距离承台顶面最高62m,常规的落地支架施工方案资源投入量巨大,施工工艺复杂。盖梁采用在墩身预埋钢板及剪力槽、后场型钢现场配切、组装,安装盖梁支架及加载预压施工,实现独墩大悬臂预应力盖梁施工,对今后同类桥梁盖梁施工具有参考意义。
Based on the construction background of Pier # 2 of Jinshajiang bridge,this paper expounds the construction technology and key points of single pier with large cantilever cover beam.The maximum distance between the bottom of pier cover beam and the top surface of cap is 62m.The conventional construction scheme of floor support has huge resource input and complex construction technology.The cover beam uses the steel plate embedded in the pier body and shear groove,the back field steel field to cut,assemble,install the cover beam support and load preloading construction,to realize the construction of single pier large cantilever prestressed cover beam,which has reference significance for the construction of similar bridge cover beam in the future.
