摘要
目的:观察利托君联合烯丙雌醇治疗习惯性流产患者的临床效果。方法:选取时间2022年7月至2023年1月;地点:本院;研究对象:习惯性流产的患者;样本数量:80例;分组方法:随机数字分配法;对照组和观察组分别采用烯丙雌醇联合硫酸镁用药以及利托君联合烯丙雌醇用药,观察两组疗效。结果:两组总有效率比较(87.50%vs 67.50%,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的黄体酮激素以及人绒毛膜促性腺激素均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组妊娠结果比较(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较(观察组7.50%vs对照组25.00%,P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组IL-8水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利托君联合烯丙雌醇的用药方案有利于增加习惯性流产患者治疗效果以及保胎成功率,降低不良反应发生,调节激素水平改善患者体内的炎症因子水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy with levofloxacin and allyl estradiol on habitual abortion patients.Method:Select the period from July 2022 to January 2023;Location:Our hospital;Research subjects:Patients with habitual miscarriage;Sample size:80 cases;Grouping method:Random number allocation method;The control group and the observation group were treated with allyl estradiol combined with magnesium sulfate and ritodrine combined with allyl estradiol,respectively,to observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Result:Comparison of total effective rates between the two groups(87.50%vs 67.50%,P<0.05);The levels of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of pregnancy outcomes between two groups(P<0.05);Comparison of adverse reaction rates between the two groups(observation group 7.50%vs control group 25.00%,P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-10 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of Ritodrine and allyl estradiol is beneficial for increasing the treatment effect and success rate of fetal protection in patients with habitual abortion,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,and regulating hormone levels to improve the levels of inflammatory factors in the patient's body.
