摘要
为进一步提升煤矿洗选中的过滤速度,保证过滤效果,采用高性能压滤机尤为重要。在对板框式压滤机工作流程、结构分析的基础上,通过往复泵、压力调节器、空气压缩机等核心设备设计了实验系统,重点对不同进料方式下滤室内固液相的流动特性和不同进料参数对过滤效果的影响开展对比研究,为今后制定过滤工艺参数奠定基础。
In order to further improve the filtration speed and ensure the filtration effect in coal mine washing,it is particularly important to adopt a high performance filter press.On the basis of the analysis of the workflow and structure of the plate and frame filter press;the experimental system was designed through the core equipment such as reciprocating pump,pressure regulator and air compressor,focusing on the flow characteristics of solid and liquid phases in the filter chamber under different feeding methods and the influence of different feeding parameters on the filtration effect.A comparative study was conducted to lay the foundation for the future development of filtration process parameters.
