摘要
为保证长大件不发生形变,通常将长大件存放在专用工装底座上,要求工装底座具有一定的结构强度以防止变形。工装底座结构复杂,解析计算难以准确计算其形变量,给设计工装带来了困难。通过计算机仿真的方法,可以得到满足精度要求的数值解。采用ANSYS Workbench软件static structure模块对工装底座的形变情况进行分析,研究了两种单元格划分策略对仿真结果的影响。通过对比仿真结果,验证了优良的网格划分可以准确地计算出形变量。
Long and big component is usually placed on frock base for preventing it deformation,it is required that frock base has certain structural strength.Because of complicated structure,it is difficult to calculate the deformation of frock base by means of analytic method,so designing frock base by means of analytic method is hard.The accurate numerical solution can be obtained by computer simulation method.Static structure module of ANSYS workbench software is used to analyze the deformation of frock base,the effect of two meshing method to simulation results is studied,it is verified that the high-performance meshing method can calculate the deformation exactly by comparing simulation results.
