摘要
目的研究基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在中医全科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月80名中医全科住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40名。观察组采用以住院医师为主导的PBL教学法,通过理论考试、模拟诊疗、调查问卷比较两种教学模式的效果;对照组采用以指导医师为主导的传统教学模式。结果观察组专业知识及模拟诊疗考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组在发挥住院医师主观能动性,提高解决问题能力、语言表达能力等方面满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用PBL教学法能明显提高中医全科住院医师的临床思维能力和综合素质,值得推广。
Objective To study the application value of the PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of standardized training for Traditional China Medicine general residents.Methods A total of 80 general residents of TCM from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as research subjects and divided into the observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 in each group.The observation group adopted the PBL teaching mode led by residents,while the control group adopted the traditional teacher-led teaching mode.The effects of the two teaching modes were compared through theoretical examination,simulated diagnosis and treatment,and questionnaires.Results The professional knowledge and performance of simulated diagnosis and treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had better evaluation of the teaching effect of PBL teaching method.Compared with the control group,students in the observation group had higher satisfaction in giving full play to their subjective initiative,improving their ability to solve problems,improving their language expression ability and increasing the depth of learning,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical reasoning ability,comprehensive quality and recognition of the teaching mode of TCM general residents,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical teaching.
