摘要
目的探讨整体护理在急诊急救治疗中的应用,为急救工作提供参考。方法选取2021年3月—2022年1月天津市第三中心医院80例急诊患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规施护组和整体施护组各40例,常规施护组实施常规护理,整体施护组实施整体护理。比较两组护理前后负面情绪评分、血气分析指标、救护工作中患者对医护人员的满意程度、全程进行生命救治的时间、从入院至出院周期时间及死亡率。结果护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且整体施护组各项评分明显低于常规施护组;整体施护组二氧化碳分压明显低于常规施护组,氧分压明显高于常规施护组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体施护组患者总满意率为100.00%,高于常规施护组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.806,P<0.05)。整体施护组全程进行生命救治的时间及从入院至出院周期时间短于常规施护组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体施护组死亡率为0.00%,低于常规施护组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在急诊急救治疗中的应用,可明显缩短患者的生命救治时间,降低死亡率,改善患者血气指标,提升患者满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing in emergency treatment,and to provide reference for emergency work.Methods From March 2021 to January 2022,80 emergency patients in Tianjin Third Central Hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into routine nursing group and holistic nursing group with 40 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,while the holistic nursing group was given holistic nursing.The evaluation values of negative emotion rating,blood gas analysis indicators,satisfaction with medical personnel during rescue work,the time for life saving throughout the entire process,the cycle time from admission to discharge,and mortality rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the holistic nursing group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group;the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the holistic nursing group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group,and the partia pressure of oxygen was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the holistic nursing group was100.00%,which was higher than that in the routine nursing group with 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.806,P0.05).The time for life saving throughout the entire process and the cycle time from admission to discharge in the holistic nursing group were shorter than those in the routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality rate in the holistic nursing group was 0.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in emergency treatment could significantly shorten the life saving time of patients,r
