摘要
通过梳理相关诉讼案件数据及经典案例,对我国皮革行业知识产权保护现状进行了分析。结合皮革行业专利许可、转移数据及专利分布、发明人关系分析,为皮革行业企业加强高价值专利培育、实现专利合理布局,提供路径指引。
By combing the relevant litigation data and classic cases,the current situation of intellectual property protection in China's leather industry is analyzed.Combining patent licensing,transfer data,patent distribution and inventor relationship analysis,this paper provides path guidance for leather industry enterprises to strengthen the cultivation of high-value patents and realize the rational distribution of patents.
