摘要
核电站重要设备部件在高温、辐照、腐蚀及复杂应力等苛刻环境服役时,其性能的老化与退化是影响核电站长期安全稳定运行的核心因素之一。目前,老化监检测先进智能技术已在国内外多个领域得到研究与应用,但仍缺乏适用于核电运行环境的老化监检测技术,这是核电站老化管理和运行安全评价的“瓶颈”。面向核电站重要设备部件安全服役的重大需求,以提升设备部件老化状态与结构完整性监检测水平为目标,围绕老化监检测技术的先进性、智能化和环境适应性等问题,突破重要设备部件结构缺陷的快速检出与智能分析、老化状态与结构完整性的高精度监检测智能分析、监检测技术的试验方法等关键技术,开发先进的老化监检测装置和智能分析/成像系统。
The aging and degradation of important equipment and components of nuclear power plants when serving in harsh environments such as high temperature,irradiation,corrosion,and complex stress have become one of the core factors affecting the long-term safe and efficient operation of nuclear power plants.At present,advanced aging monitoring and measurement technology has been researched and applied in many fields at home and abroad.However,there is still no advanced aging monitoring and measurement technology suitable for nuclear power operation environment,which becomes the bottleneck of aging management and operation safety evaluation of nuclear power plants.Facing the major demand for the safe service of important equipment and components of nuclear power plants,this paper aims to improve their level of aging status and structural integrity monitoring and testing,and focuses on the progressiveness,intelligence and environmental adaptability of aging monitoring and measurement technology,breaking through key technologies such as rapid detection and intelligent analysis of structural defects of important equipment and components,highprecision monitoring and testing intelligent analysis of aging status and structural integrity,and testing methods of monitoring and measurement technology.The advanced aging monitoring and detection devices and intelligent analysis/imaging systems with independent intellectual property rights have been developed.
