摘要
当前,全过程工程监理有效促进了工程的质量、进度与安全管理,因此行业内对工程监理提出了全新的要求。但部分工程项目的监理问题较为突出,无法发挥监理在项目中的作用。基于此,文章从工程监理的作用出发,分析了工程监理的现状并提出了对应的优化措施。
At present,the whole process engineering supervision has effectively promoted the quality,progress and safety management of the project,so the industry has put forward new requirements for project supervision.However,the supervision issues of some engineering projects are relatively prominent,and the role of supervision in the project cannot be fully realized.Based on this,the article analyzes the current situation of engineering supervision from the perspective of its role and proposes corresponding optimization measures.
