饲粮中补充过瘤胃牛磺酸对奶牛生产、抗氧化和免疫性能的影响

摘要 为研究饲粮中补充牛磺酸对奶牛生产、抗氧化和免疫性能的影响,试验将20头经产荷斯坦奶牛随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上每天添加100 g/头过瘤胃牛磺酸添加剂(牛磺酸含量为50%),于试验第0、28、56天分别采集牛奶和血清样品测定基础理化指标。结果表明:试验组和对照组产奶量、牛奶基础理化指标(乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖、体细胞数、尿素氮)和牛奶中牛磺酸含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)呈现显著的处理×时间效应(P<0.05),在试验第56天时,试验组血清T-AOC显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、活性氧自由基(ROS)、牛磺酸含量未受牛磺酸处理影响(P>0.05)。血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和结合珠蛋白(HP)含量呈现显著的处理×时间效应(P<0.05),呈现随饲喂时间延长牛磺酸有降低血清SAA和HP含量的趋势。血清白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量未受牛磺酸处理影响(P>0.05)。说明在本试验条件下,每天向荷斯坦奶牛饲粮中补充100 g/头过瘤胃牛磺酸能提升奶牛抗氧化性能和抗应激水平、降低炎症水平,但未显著影响产奶量,且不影响牛奶基础化学成分和牛磺酸含量。 To study the effects of dietary taurine supplement on the productivity,anti-oxidative status,and immunity of dairy cows,20 multiparous Holstein cows were recruited and assigned randomly to the basal diet(control)and the basal diet supplemented with 100 g/(cow·d)rumen-protected taurine(50%TAU).Milk and serum samples were collected on day 0,28,and 56 of feeding.The results showed that the taurine supplement had no effect on milk yield,milk basic composition(including fat,protein,lactose,somatic cell count,and urea),and milk taurine concentration(P>0.05).Serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)had a significant interaction between taurine treatment and time(P<0.05),resulting in a higher<serum T-AOC in the TAU group when compared with the control at day 56 of feeding(P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the concentrations of glutathione(GSH),reactive oxygen species(ROS),and taurine were not affected by dietary taurine supplement(P>0.05).Significant interactions between taurine treatment and time were observed in the concentrations of serum amyloid A(SAA)and haptoglobin(HP)in serum(P<0.05),suggesting that the taurine supplement tended to decrease the serum concentrations of these acute phase proteins while the feeding time increased.Serum concentrations of interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)were not affected by the taurine supplement(P>0.05).The results suggest that the dietary supplement of rumen-protected taurine had no effect on the productivity and milk composition of Holstein cows,while the supplement improved the anti-oxidative and anti-stress capacity of the cows.
