摘要
研究苯乙烯含量在20%~30%之间不同厂家溶聚丁苯橡胶在评价配方和应用配方中的性能差异。结果表明:在动态性能方面,双末端改性的SSBR优于单末端改性+硅偶联的SSBR优于单末端改性SSBR;玻璃化温度较低的溶聚丁苯耐磨性能更好,湿滑性能较差。胶料的门尼黏度不仅由分子量决定,还会受支化程度和末端改性基团的影响。
The properties of dissolved polystyrene butadiene rubber(SBR)from different manufacturers with styrene content between 20%and 30%were studied in the evaluation and application formulations.The results show that:In terms of dynamic performance,the double-terminal modified SSBR is superior to the single terminal modified SSBR+silicon coupled SSBR,which is superior to the single terminal modified SSBR.The wear resistance of dissolved polystyrene butadiene with lower glass transition temperature is better,and the wet-slip property is worse.The Mooney viscosity of the compound is not only determined by the molecular weight,but also affected by the degree of branching and terminal modification groups.
