摘要
智轨电车金属部件的腐蚀,会严重影响其性能和寿命。该文主要介绍了电偶腐蚀的基本原理及影响因素,分析了智轨电车上的电偶腐蚀对,从电偶腐蚀的影响因素及已有的电偶腐蚀防护措施出发,提出了从优化结构、异种金属表面处理、优化搭铁组件、避免安装支架与紧固件的异种金属选择等措施,为智轨电车金属结构件的设计提供参考,从而从总体上提升智轨电车的防腐蚀性能。
The corrosion of the metal parts of autonomous-rail rapid trams will seriously affect their performance and life.This paper mainly introduces the basic principles and influence factors of galvanic corrosion,and analyzes the galvanic corrosion pair on autonomous-rail rapid trams,and puts forward measures such as optimizing the structure,treating dissimilar metal surfaces,optimizing bonding components,and avoiding the selection of dissimilar metals for mounting brackets and fasteners,so as to provide reference for the design of metal structural parts of autonomous-rail rapid trams,and then improve the anti-corrosion performance of autonomous-rail rapid trams overall.
