摘要 为指导某铁矿有序开展露天转地下开采工作,在系统分析了矿山露天开采现状和矿体赋存情况的基础上,对矿山露天开采极限、露天转地下开拓系统、挂帮和深部矿体采矿方法等转采问题进行分析研究,确定了最佳转采方案。通过比选,确定了采用无底柱分段崩落法进行挂帮矿体和深部矿体的回采,并针对不同矿体展开回采工艺设计和中深孔爆破参数优化,确保该铁矿露天转地下的高效开采和平稳过渡。 In order to guide an iron mine to carry out transition from open-pit mining to underground mining in an orderly way,based on the systematic analysis of the present situation of open-pit mining and the occurrence of ore bodies,the problems of mining transition of open-pit mining limit,the development system transited from open pit to underground,mining method of pit wall-connected body and deep ore bodies are analyzed and studied to determine the best transition scheme.Through comparison and selection,it is determined to use the pillarless sublevel caving method for the mining of the pit wall-connected ore body and deep ore bodies,and the mining process design and medium-length hole blasting parameters are optimized for dfferent ore bodies to ensure the efficient mining and smooth transition of the iron mine transited from open pit to underground.
