抽蓄机组无空气围带式主轴密封施工技术

摘要 抽水蓄能电站主轴密封作为水泵水轮机转动部件与固定部件的承接部件,常规主轴密封由空气围带和工作密封环组成,空气围带用于机组检修维护时封锁压力水,工作密封环用于机组正常运行时封锁压力水。本文依托福建永泰抽水蓄能电站机电安装工程,介绍一种无空气围带式主轴密封结构,并总结施工技术,为后续类似工程提供借鉴依据。 The main shaft seal of pumped-storage power plant is the connecting part of rotating parts and fixed parts of pump turbine.Conventional main shaft seal consists of an air shroud and a working seal ring.The air shroud is used to block pressure water during unit maintenance and repair,while the working seal ring is used to block pressure water during unit operations.Based on the mechanical and electrical installation project of Fujian Yongtai Pumpedstorage Power Plant,this paper introduces an airless shroud type main shaft sealing structure,and summarizes the construction technology to provide a reference for subsequent similar projects.
