摘要
颈椎退行性疾病是常见的退行性骨关节病,颈椎前路椎间盘切除融合术和后路椎管扩大成形术均是治疗颈椎退行性疾病的经典有效术式,可以显著改善患者预后。术后佩戴颈托作为颈椎术后康复的重要措施,在临床上被广泛应用。但不论前路融合术还是后路椎管扩大成形术,关于术后佩戴颈托的时长及利弊均存在争议。本文主要针对颈椎退行性疾病术后颈托应用的相关研究进行综述,以了解颈椎术后颈托的临床应用现状。
Cervical degenerative disease is a common degenerative osteoarthropathy.Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion and posterior cervical laminoplasty are both classical and effective methods for the treatment of cervical degenerative diseases,which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.As an important measure of postoperative rehabilitation in cervical spine surgery,postoperative bracing has been widely used in clinic practice.However,there are controversies regarding the length and advantages and disadvantages of postoperative bracing after cervical spine surgery,whether anterior or posterior surgery.This paper mainly reviews the relevant studies on the application of cervical spine bracing after cervical spine surgery for cervical degenerative diseases,in order to understand the current status of clinical use of cervical braces after cervical spine surgery.
