摘要
数据统计显示,近些年电力企业安全生产事故虽然发生频次减少了但严重性逐年增加,而班组作为电力企业安全生产的执行层,直接或者间接参与了安全生产事故。班组进行双重预防机制的建设,通过风险管控和隐患排查工作的开展,能够准确把握安全生产的特点。坚持风险预控、关口前移,切断“事故连锁反应链”,解决安全风险管控不到位,隐患未及时被发现和治理的问题,让安全事故向“认的清、想的到”的局面转变。
Data statistics show that in recent years,although the frequency of safety production accidents in electric power enterprises has decreased,the severity has increased year by year,and the team,as the executive layer of safety production in electric power enterprises,directly or indirectly participated in the safety production accidents.Team through the construction of dual prevention mechanism,hidden risk control and screening work,can accurately grasp the characteristics of production safety,adhere to the risk precontrol,mark forward,cut off“accident chain reaction chain”,solve the security risk control does not reach the designated position,hidden dangers not discovered governance problems,make safety accidents to“recognize qing,want to”situation.
