摘要
以武汉市杨园街道为例展开调查,使用Python进行程序设计,构建生活垃圾收运物流系统仿真模型.对模型存在的收集线路不合理、系统总运行时间过长、车辆利用率较低等问题,通过构建运输线路规划模型,使用贪心算法对收集车辆的运输线路进行优化;对转运站和车辆收运工作时间安排进行优化调整;对生活垃圾转运车辆的配置方案进行优化.优化后的系统模型仿真结果显示,在完成每天垃圾清运量的前提条件下,系统运行时间下降约1h,运输成本下降约19.54%;收集车辆装载率保持满载的前提下,转运车辆装载率提高约13.05%,优化效果显著。
Taking Yangyuan Street in Wuhan City as an example,by means of Python for programming,a simulation model of the domestic waste collection and transportation logistics system was constructed.The simulation results showed that the collection route was unreasonable,total operation time too long,and the utilization rate of vehicles low.In view of the problems with the model,an optimization was carried out from the transportation route,collection and transportation plan and vehicle configuration,to construct a transportation route planning model,via greedy algorithms,to optimize the transportation route of domestic waste collection vehicles and improve domestic waste transfer stations and vehicles.The collection and transportation plan of the company were thus optimized and adjusted and a configuration plan of the domestic waste transfer vehicle designed.The simulation results of the optimized system model showed that,in completing the daily waste removal and transportation volume,the system running time was decreased by about 1 h,and the transportation cost decreased by about 19.54%.Under the premise that the loading rate of collection vehicles remains full,the loading rate of transfer vehicles would be in-creased by about 13.05%and the optimization effect be significant.
