固态香珠卷烟中茴香脑的分布与转移

Distribution and Transfer of Anethole in Cigarette with Solid Fragrant Bead

摘要 为研究固态香珠加香(GZ)、丝束加香(LB)、烟丝加香(YS)三组卷烟中茴香脑的分布和转移情况,分析茴香脑在不同卷烟中分布、主流烟气转移量、逐口抽吸转移规律和对储存稳定性。结果表明:(1)贮存30 d后,烟丝加香组(YS)与滤嘴加香组卷烟(GZ、LB)在滤嘴、烟丝、卷烟纸中的茴香脑分布差异较大;(2)GZ、LB、YS三组卷烟样品茴香脑在主流烟气转移率分别为8.94%,8.52%和5.45%,滤嘴截留率分别为70.34%,71.68%和31.81%,其余可能通过逸散到侧流烟气中或在抽吸过程中分解;(3)逐口抽吸试验发现,三组卷烟中逐口转移量波动最大的是LB,波动最小的是GZ,可能与香精添加部位和方式、香精载体相关,多孔缓释结构有利于提升香精逐口转移的均一性;(4)放置12个月后,GZ、LB、YS组卷烟纸中茴香脑的含量未呈现明显的变化,滤嘴中茴香脑的含量分别下降21.90%,29.53%和16.82%,烟丝中茴香脑的含量分别下降13.74%,15.06%和26.35%。 To study the medium cigarettes with different flavoring methods(solid fragrant bead,tow and cut tobacco flavoring,tagging as GZ,LB and YS),anethole percentage infilter stick,cut tobacco and cigarette paper,the puff-by-puff transfer amount of anethole in mainstream smoke,and the variation of anethole content with time were investigate in three samples.The results showed as follows:(1)After storage in 30 days,the distribution of anethole between cut tobacco-flavored(YS)and filter-flavored samples(GZ,LB)were significant different;(2)The transfer rates to particulate matter of GZ,LB and YS in mainstream smoke were 8.94%,8.52%and 5.45%respectively,the filter retention rates were 70.34%,71.68%and 31.81%respectively,and the rest of anethole may escape into side stream smoke or decompose during suction;(3)As cigarettes were smoked puff-by-puffy,GZ possessed the best stability and LB possessed worst stability of puff-by-puff flavor release,which might be related to the location of flavour addition and porous sustained-release carrier;(4)After 12 months of storage,there was no significant change of anethole compounds in cigarette paper,and the anethole compounds of GZ,LB and YS decreased by 21.90%,29.53%and 16.82%in filter stick respectively,decreased by 13.74%,15.06%and 26.35%in cut tobacco respectively.
