摘要
目的:观察多学科团队微信健康宣教联合常规护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)合并糖尿病(DM)术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月至2021年12月该院收治的86例老年IFF合并DM患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组各43例。两组均行髋关节置换术治疗,术后对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合多学科团队微信健康宣教,比较两组健康认知优良率,护理前、护理3个月后自我管理能力[成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)]评分、髋关节功能[Harris髋关节功能评分量表(HHS)]评分、负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]评分和护理满意度。结果:研究组健康认知优良率为88.37%(38/43),高于对照组的69.77%(30/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理3个月后,研究组HHS和AHSMSRS评分均高于对照组,SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的72.09%(31/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科团队微信健康宣教联合常规护理应用于老年IFF合并DM术后患者可提高健康认知优良率、HHS评分、AHSMSRS评分和护理满意度,降低负性情绪评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of multidisciplinary team WeChat health education combined with routine nursing in elderly postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fracture(IFF)complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:The clinical data of 86 elderly IFF patients with DM admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,43 cases in each.All patients were treated with hip replacement.After the surgery,the control group received routine nursing,while the study group combined with multidisciplinary team WeChat health education on the basis of that of the control group.The excellent and good rate of health cognition,the self-management ability[adult health self-management ability scale(AHSMSRS)]score,the hip function[Harris hip function scale(HHS)]score,the negative emotion[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the nursing.Results:The excellent and good rate of health cognition in the study group was 88.37%(38/43),which was higher than 69.77%(30/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of HHS and AHSMSRS in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of SDS and SAS were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than 72.09%(31/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multidisciplinary team WeChat health education combined with the routine nursing in the elderly postoperative patients with IFF and DM can improve the excellent and good rate of health cognition,the HHS scores,the AHSMSRS scores and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the negative emotio
